Temperature Rating
For a pellet stove or small coal stove, it works just fine, maybe even great. However, it might struggle with larger coal fired stokers due to overheating and clogging issues.

Used it to vacuum out a pellet stove. Good attachments, strong vacuum pull, and no dust. Also, it's quieter than my shop vac.

If you need a vacuum to clean up ashes, this is a great buy. It's not heavy, has wheels, and has a long cord and attachment hose.
